Every once in a while, we all want to try out a new banana bread recipe. If you’re anything like me, it’s usually because we have some kind of health problem and we need to eat something to stave off hunger pangs. If you’re like me, you don’t think that eating chocolate cake is going to do the trick. Well, try banana bread for just one day and see if I’m right. This super-easy banana bread recipe will definitely quench your thirst for dessert.

As for the making of the banana bread recipe itself, I used my stand mixer. It was easy, and I was able to create a perfectly-mashed-potato batter. Because it’s the ultimate banana bread recipe, all you have to do is mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and you can adjust the quantity of bananas or sugar. And the key to its amazing taste? Fried butter.

To make sure the bananas don’t brown too easily, I usually bake them overripe, rather than browning them before freezing. Overripe bananas are still nice and sweet, but you can’t go wrong with browned bananas. When you prepare the bananas overripe, instead of removing them from the freezer, as most people do, just peel them. If you want to bake the bananas with their skins intact, then wrap them in aluminum foil and put them in the pre-baked baking pans. That way, the skins don’t crisp up, and you won’t have to worry about them getting loose while baking in the oven.
