Baked salmon on sticks is a very popular salmon recipe served during brunches, thanks to its delectable flavor and flaky texture. It is perhaps one of the best, tastiest ways to consume a succulent piece of salmon and usually gets cooked twice in this household. Baked salmon recipe usually delivers very tender, juicy and sweet salmon on the interior with crispy clear edges. The dish usually consists of a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, paprika, fresh ginger, green pepper and sometimes even cayenne pepper too. It can also be accompanied with rice or potato.

Before cooking the salmon recipe, make sure that the ingredients are mixed well. Then cut the slices into one-inch pieces. Heat the oil or butter and fry the pieces until they become light pink. Remove from the heat once they become translucent. Place the salmon filets on one pan and cover lightly with aluminum foil. Cook for about two minutes until the fish pieces get opaque and flip.

Serve up the salmon recipe with chips or some crackers. For side dishes, you can try lemon and orange marinated potatoes, tomatoes, radishes, asparagus spears or cucumber spears as well as some shredded or thinly sliced cucumber. As a side note, you may want to add canned salmon if you do not have fresh one. It adds an additional level of flavor and moistens the overall dish without making it too oily.
